Daniel Scott is a thriving independent Estate Agency that was originally set up in Borehamwood by Daniel Goldring and Scott Bernstein in 2007. It specialises in Sales, Lettings, Management and Investments. Recently, due to their continuing success, Daniel Scott acquired Village Estates in Elstree. This has now been integrated into the Daniel Scott family, and re-branded as Daniel Scott Elstree, located on Elstree High Street. With the new office has come a new partner, Jonathan Fifer. Jonathan joined the business in April 2011, bringing exciting new elements to this dynamic team. He has had a highly productive career in sales and marketing, which has spanned four decades. A further addition to the team, in August 2011, was negotiator, and ex police officer, Simon Durbridge, who has brought with him a fresh perspective and enthusiastic approach. We are also very fortunate to have retained staff members, previously of Village Estates. This will ensure the continuity required when dealing with old and new clients.

Daniel, Scott and Jonathan have located their offices to enable them to cast their net throughout Hertfordshire, North West London and Middlesex, offering unprecedented coverage of Borehamwood, Elstree, Radlett, Shenley, Bushey, Arkley and Aldenham. Daniel Scott also covers Barnet, Whetstone, Totteridge, Woodside Park, Finchley, Hatch End, Pinner, Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware and Mill Hill.

As well as the new Estate Agency office in Elstree, Daniel Scott Financial Services has also grown. This expansion has lead to the relocation of the Financial Services Department to their own office in Elstree, which opens its doors in November 2011. Daniel Scott Financial Services offer a wide range of financial products that include: Mortgages, Re-Mortgages, Loans, Buildings and Contents Insurance, Life Insurance and Financial Planning.
